2023 NSW Hairdresser of the Year

You know a team is on point when their collective creative efforts win not just one but two stellar awards. Nathan Yazbek of Salon Yazbek took home the illustrious title of NSW Hairdresser of the Year at the 2023 Australian Hair Industry Awards in June, and his editorial team, consisting of photographer Andrew O’Toole, makeup artist Chereine Waddell and stylist Catherine V, won the title of BTS Dream Team on the same night.

“I’m incredibly honoured to have my photographic collection recognised among such incredible talent in the hair industry. This wouldn’t have been possible without the support and dedication of my amazing team and clients,” Nathan said on social media after being nominated as a finalist.
